The result of the consultation was put to a ballot of residents in May 2021. 94% took part in the ballot and 88% voted in favour of the regeneration proposals. This is the landlord offer document that sets out the promises made to both the tenants and leaseholders of Kedge House, Starboard Way and Winch House.
