Alice Shepherd House & Oak House Resident Steering Group

The Resident Steering Group has been formed for these blocks. They meet on the fourth Monday of every month. The Terms of Reference for the Resident Steering Group can be found here:

The result of the consultation was put to a ballot of residents in March 2022. 88% took part in the ballot and 82% voted in favour of the regeneration proposals.

In 2025 the architects HTA will be drawing up the design of the new homes to make a planning application later on in the year. 

The Independent Resident Adviser team for Alice Shepherd House and Oak House are Ray Coyle and Murselin Islam from Open Communities. The Open Communities team can be contacted on the following freephone number 0800 073 1051. Open Communities have a weekly drop in for residents at 31 Alice Shepherd House every Wednesday between 6pm and 8pm.
